The App is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it does not replace the judgment of a licensed clinician.

1. Reference Use Only

All clinical content in the App — including drug dosing, calculator formulas, lab reference ranges, donor management flowcharts, Y-site compatibility data, blood tube guides, UNOS/OPTN policy summaries, and glossary entries — is provided for general educational and reference purposes only. It is intended to support, not replace, the clinical judgment of trained professionals.

2. Independent Verification Required

Before acting on any information from the App, you are responsible for independently verifying the information against authoritative, up-to-date sources, including:

• Manufacturer prescribing information for medications.
• Your institution's policies, protocols, and pharmacy formulary.
• Current UNOS/OPTN policy at optn.transplant.hrsa.gov.
• The patient's individual clinical context.

3. Calculator Outputs

Calculator outputs are generated from user-entered data using published formulas. Errors in user-entered data, atypical patient physiology, or institutional differences in practice may produce results that are clinically inappropriate. Always interpret results in the full clinical context.

4. Drug Information

Drug dosing, concentrations, compatibility, and pharmacology information may not reflect every formulation or recent labeling change. Always verify against the current package insert and your institution's formulary before administration.

5. Y-Site Compatibility

Y-site compatibility data is drawn from published references and may not account for every concentration, diluent, line, or local institutional limitation. “Compatible” results do not guarantee safe co-administration in every clinical scenario. When in doubt, consult pharmacy.

6. UNOS/OPTN Policy Content

Policy summaries within the App are simplified for quick reference and may lag behind official updates. The OPTN policy manual is the authoritative source.

7. OR Tracker & Documentation

The OR Tracker and PDF reports are convenience tools for capturing timestamps and case notes. They are not a substitute for the official medical record or your organization's documentation system. Ensure all required entries are also recorded in the appropriate system of record.

8. No Patient-Specific Advice

Nothing in the App constitutes patient-specific medical advice. The App does not establish a clinician–patient relationship between you (or your patient) and Zenview Studio, LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zenview Studio, LLC, its developers, contributors, and licensors disclaim all liability for any clinical decision, action, or outcome arising from use of the App. By using the App you accept full responsibility for verifying all clinical information before acting on it. 10. Reporting Issues

If you identify a content error or potential safety concern, please report it immediately to feedback@zenviewstudio.com so we can investigate and correct it.
